The Terms are governed by such law and all disputes in relation to the Terms shall be litigated exclusively in either the Central London County Court or the
High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice, both in London.

general information and products related to immigration to the United Kingdom (“UK”); and
access to a user-friendly automated ‘do-it-yourself’ software solution (“the Service”) which (1) allows you to navigate through the preparation and process for applications for
immigration to the UK, (2) allows you to fill in the necessary UK immigration forms with the specific information and direction provided by you, and (3) then delivers to you
along with the original UK Government instructions copies of such completed forms.

PLEASE NOTE that decisions regarding the contents of any particular field in the said software solution, as well as the choice of the relevant form itself, are solely and exclusively your own.

The payment received by us is in exchange for the use of the Service.
We are NOT a part of or associated in any material way with the UK Visa and Immigration division (“UKVI”) or any other agency or department of the UK Government or any other government.

We are NOT a law firm and neither we nor any of our employees or representatives provide legal or immigration advice or services, opinions or recommendations to its

users about their possible legal rights, legal remedies, legal defences, legal options or legal strategies, selection of forms, or answers to specific questions on forms.

Further, the use of the Website does not create any relationship to the same effect as that between a lawyer and a client. Communications between you and us are not protected by any privilege.
We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the legal or other consequences resulting from your use of the Website and/or the Service. If you

have specific or unique problems that are complex or require legal advice, please consult with and obtain legal advice from a qualified lawyer.

Pricing and Fees

Prices posted on the Website are the fees that are payable for the time being to us, for your use of the Service. Additional processing and filing fees (if any, “the Government Fees”) are payable either to UKVI or to other UK Government agencies, as determined by the circumstances. The Governmental Fees are not included in the price for the Service identified on the Website. You must pay the Government Fees separately at the time of the submission of your respective application

Access to the Service and the Website

We reserve the right to terminate or deny your access to the Website at any time in our absolute and sole discretion.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Website and utilise the Service for only your own personal use of the Service.
You are not granted by the Terms or your use of the Website or otherwise in any way any right or licence in or to any intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us or any third party and used on or in relation to the Website and/or its content.
Without prejudice to any other relief against you for unlawful conduct, a breach in any way by you of any of the Terms shall result in the automatic termination, without notice to you, of your licence to access the Website and utilise the Service.
You agree not to attempt in any way to use the Website after any termination or denial of access by us.

Online Applications and Electronic Filing Service

In the event such Website services options are available to you and you choose to file your application electronically (“E-Filing”), the completed application will be forwarded by us to the UKVI electronically. You are responsible for verifying the status of your application to confirm that it has been received and accepted by the UKVI and, if necessary, for filing it manually in the event that for any reason the UKVI rejects your electronically filed application. You agree to review your application for errors before electronically filing or mailing it.
By using E-Filing to submit your completed application, you consent to the disclosure to the UKVI (and any other UK Government agency) all information relating to your use of E-Filing. We do not guarantee the acceptance of your application by the UKVI for any reason. You consent to us requesting E-Filing receipts from the UKVI on your behalf.

Creating an Account

You may browse the Website and view certain of its content without registering.
As a condition of your use of certain content and/or services on the Website, you are required to register with us and select a password and email address (“User ID”).

In relation to the use of the User ID, you:-

shall provide us with completely and precisely accurate, complete, and updated registration information;
